We are currently offering a no cost, 8-week outpatient (non-gender-specific) program that names the numerous ways trauma shapes our lives, thought patterns, behaviours, and health.

Our programming is come as you are, no drug testing required or commitment to attend every session (although it is encouraged). It serves as a “launching point” into one’s journey into recovery and working through complex trauma. The focus here is on the “long game” of recovery.
